Policies and Procedures
The Tarakohe Harbour Estate has numerous and varying activities being carried out within the boundaries which creates risk to all individuals working on-site. This requires a close working partnership, with effective communication, between all users.
The health and safety of employees, contractors and users is considered by PTSL as an integral part of doing business. The Health and Safety at Work Act and Code of Practice for Health and Safety places an obligation on PTSL to take all practical steps to ensure the safety of every person who enters the PTSL environs. PTSL works with site lessees to ensure their Health and Safety policy is relevant for the people and users on their leased sites.
All users are to read, understand and agree to PTSL’s Health and Safety policies, procedures and risk information before accessing the site.
