The Land
Port Tarakohe Services Limited manages land adjacent to Port Tarakohe in the Harbour of Golden Bay, South Island of New Zealand.
Golden Bay is located in the South Island's north-west corner.
PTSL continues to improve the land for future developments. The operational limestone quarry within the property’s boundaries assists with land development. There are extensive development sites and roading infrastructure in place.
PTSL is open to proposals for long-term business options for both the land and rock resource use. Contact Sonya Tuerlings for more information.
